Compensation: Commission-driven with uncapped earning potential—after your first year meeting targets, you can expect at least $65,000/year, with the potential to earn $100K, $150K, $200K+ depending on performance
Role Overview:
This isn’t your average retail job—CITY Furniture calls their Sales Associates “entrepreneurs,” giving you the tools to build your own success. You’ll guide customers through designing their dream homes, present home furnishing options, manage sales transactions, schedule deliveries, and nurture long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Do:

Welcome and guide customers through the showroom—literally the size of two football fields

Help clients choose furniture solutions that fit their taste and needs

Close sales, create invoices, and arrange deliveries

Manage your own customer base, referrals, and repeat business to maximize earnings
Requirements:

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
