I’ve noticed more people discussing standing desks lately, and it’s refreshing to see ergonomic options gaining popularity. Not only do they promote better posture, but many users report feeling more energized — just last week, I set up an adjustable desk for a client, and the change in their workspace was incredible. Has anyone else made the switch to standing desks, or do you prefer traditional setups?
I made the switch to a standing desk a few months ago, and it completely changed my workflow. I feel so much more active during the day, especially with an adjustable one like you mentioned — it’s great being able to alternate between sitting and standing. The only hiccup was figuring out the right height at first, but once I did, it’s been smooth sailing.
I’ve noticed it too; last month I switched to an adjustable desk and I can’t believe how much more energy I have. Just make sure to get a good mat if you’re standing a lot. @djohnson47.
Switching to a standing desk has helped me focus more during long hours of work, but I found that alternating between sitting and standing is key to avoid fatigue. I also think a good anti-fatigue mat is a must, @jamrodr! Have you tried any specific mats that work well?
