I’ve started taking 3 minutes in the truck to tag panels and runners with painter’s tape (L/R, top/bottom) before the first carry so I’m not flipping parts mid-stairwell to check orientation. Yesterday’s 6‑drawer went up clean with no wall dings and the cams lined up first try.
