Restoration secrets for old oak dressers

I’ve recently been working on an early 1900s oak dresser and came across some fascinating techniques for restoring the finish without losing its character. One method I found effective is using a mixture of boiled linseed oil and beeswax, which really brings out the grain while protecting the wood.
