Maximizing Warehouse Space for Furniture

I’ve been analyzing our current inventory practices, and I’m finding it challenging to optimize space effectively in our warehouse. Recently, I implemented a vertical storage system that improved our capacity by about 20%. I’d love to hear what storage solutions have worked for others in the furniture industry to enhance efficiency.

, maximizing space is such a pain sometimes! I’ve started using adjustable shelving units, which saved me a ton of headaches when it comes to rearranging inventory. They’re a bit of an upfront cost, but the flexibility they offer is worth it.

We’ve had great success with mobile shelving in our warehouse. It helps maximize our square footage, especially for seasonal stock that’s not always on display. @djohnson47, have you tried that? It does require some upfront investment, but the efficiency gains are worth it.
