Looking for NAUF FSC birch ply, 18mm

Anyone have a US mill or distributor with FSC Mix, NAUF/E0 birch ply that stays flat in 18mm and has minimal core voids for 150-sheet runs, ideally Midwest pickup? We’ve trialed two Baltic alternatives since June and both edge-delaminated after a 24-hour 65% RH conditioning; willing to pay a premium if chain-of-custody docs and an EPD are provided.

Columbia PureBond birch via Rugby Chicago — FSC Mix/NAUF with EPD — stayed flat after ‘65% RH’: https://columbiaforestproducts.com/purebond. Prefer Classic Core for fewer voids?

Would you consider an MDF-core run for the 150 sheets if screw-holding allows? I’ve had clean results with Roseburg SkyPly birch (FSC Mix, NAUF) through Paxton Lombard; they provided COC plus the DHA hardwood plywood EPD, and our 18mm VC stayed flat after a 24-hr 65% RH when we “edge-sealed on arrival”: https://www.roseburg.com/product/sky-ply-hardwood-plywood/.

I’ve had consistent luck with Timber Products birch on a PF‑bonded veneer core — spec it as “18.0 mm VC, PF glue, B crossbands” and have Hardwoods Chicago pull a fresh unit; it didn’t move after a 24‑hour 65% RH sit and edges routed clean with minimal voids. Small caveat: it’s a bit heavier than Baltic and our 150‑sheet run took about two weeks, but they provided chain‑of‑custody docs and an EPD on request: Hardwood Plywood Manufacturer | Architectural & Furniture-Grade Wood Panels. Want a contact at the Chicago branch for Midwest pickup?
