I’m compressing a 12-week schedule for 18 tables and 24 chairs, and the critical path is paint and lacquer curing. Who’s delivering consistent results on a 5-day finish window (prime, color, clear) in summer humidity, and do you have shop or product recommendations — especially for white pigmented lacquer and 2K poly that can be handled by day 3?
On our summer rushes, the only way I hit a 5‑day stack is a cheap climate tent: poly around the racks with a desiccant dehumidifier and a small heater to hold about 78°F and 40–45% RH — “heat the air, not the piece” — paired with Renner 2K white and ICA 2K PU clear, which are handle‑safe by day 2 and stackable by day 4. If you don’t control RH, those same products slip a full day in my shop.
