Go-to lines for cohesive finishes across pieces

On a townhouse install today, the morning light made three different “walnut”s scream at each other - coffee table, dining chairs, and a media console from three vendors - so I punted and reordered from Four Hands because their matte walnut reads the same across casegoods and seating and rescued the palette. Who else has reliably consistent finishes and profiles across categories (bonus for accurate 3D libs) so I can build a room that feels intentional?

Morning light exposes everything — ugh — so I’ve had good luck with Ethnicraft; their walnut and black-stained oak read consistently across casegoods and tables, similar to your Four Hands matte. I add the sheen to the PO (5–10 matte) and ask for current-batch finish chips so I’m not mixing a 2022 run with a fresh one. If it’s already in, a quick rub with a matte wax will knock down micro-sheen differences and visually pull it together.
