On the five-star base question, one thing that’s saved us: when we move to taller gas lifts, we bump the base OD to 700 mm and use 60 mm casters to hit BIFMA X5.1 tip stability — FEA looked fine, but real-world ‘caster sweep’ was the decider. Anyone else find nylon + 30% GF outperforms die-cast over carpet for long-term creep, @Maya?
